How To Order

1. Choose your design

2. Place your order

- Place your order (size, quantity and design)
- A deposit of RM10 is required for each Hawtees t-shirt
- The full payment is required upon received your order

3. Collection & delivery

- Your order will be ready within 8 - 18 days
- Hawtees can deliver it to you within 8 -18 days. (Remaining balance must be settled upon collection for orders within Klang Valley)
- Deliveries outside of Klang valley will be made using normal parcel post and is subject to prior full settlement of payment

4. Payment through PayPal

-Hawtees make it simpler for those who prefer to use Paypal for their purchase and payment method.

Terms & Condition

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of order or if you decide not to order, your deposit for design will not be returned.

Size

The maximum size of design that can be printed is 16 inch height X 12 inch width. Any design larger than the size specified will be subjected to a separate additional charge. This is because the design will have to be separated to an additional color block.

Color printing

Hawtees use a pan tone color for the printing material. The color of the print may differ slightly from what you see on the computer due to different in color code. However, we will try our best to get the same color for the actual product.

Policy

Hawtees Production

Please allow up to 8-28 working days to produce your orders, all of which depends on schedule which can be determined upon order. Upon completion of the orders there is a free delivery option of which will take an additional up to 7 working days using normal parcel post delivery.

Printing production

Hawtees maintains a close control over its printing to ensure the highest quality but is not to be held responsible for any difference between the color of the print shown on computer and the actual color on the t-shirt because of the different color codes between computer graphics and printing machine. The maximum size for designs is 16 inch tall X 12 inch wide and cannot be printed near the t-shirt line.

Payment

Hawtees accept payment by cheque and cash only. Payment can be made to our Maybank-account no. 112362099987 (Nur Aishah Binti Azizan). We need a RM10 deposit for each T-shirt and the remaining balance upon delivery for Klang valley orders. For outside klang valley full payment is required upon order. Hawtees also does not provide for payment by credit.Payment can also being made through PayPal account as well.

Delivery

Delivery is free nationwide using normal parcel post. Hawtees are not responsible for any losses and the delivery period is based on the carriers. Hawtees are also not responsible for any problems with orders which have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered.

Change to order

Any changes to the order must be notified within 24 hours after placing the original order by e-mail. After 24 hours we will not guarantee that your order can be changed.

Order cancellations

Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing an order. There will be a 25% cancellation fee based on the price of the order.

Return & Exchanges

Hawtees will not accept a return unless the order is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. We will not accept returns based on size discrepancies or color discrepancies arising from viewing the item(s) on our website and printed material. Hawtees will not accept a returned order that has been washed or worn.
